Kia Taylor serves as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Our Investment Now. She is a U.S. Air Force Veteran, with more than 18 years of experience in both government and corporate business administration and finance. Her experience allows her to leverage her expertise in the nonprofit sector.

This Bay Area native, who now resides in the Sacramento area, loves taking long drives, traveling, and all things Disney. Empowering individuals with knowledge and skills, to create wealth for themselves and their families, has always been a passion of hers. Kia desires for youth and young adults to have support as they go through challenging situations that life throws their way.

When asked about her personal mission, Kia stated “I want to see children grow in confidence and gain exposure to things they never knew were in their reach. I want to give people a voice to create true change around them.”

Kia obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Management with a specialization in Accounting from DeVry University. She also has a Nonprofit Management Certification from Duke University.

The roles Kia is most proud of are Wife, Mother, and Sister. She is a giver by nature and desires to be a beacon of change in her family and community.

Kia finds fulfillment in knowing that she is leading an organization that focuses on strengthening communities in need.
